We offer a complete coil conversion system for the rear, giving you a safe, legal and compliant solution to your pride and joy. Using the ever popular DWIZ track corrected rear axle, with chromoly axles. Design fab torsional sway bar system. Dobinson 3 way adjustable shock absorbers. This system is like nothing on the market. We’ve targeted the serious off-roaders that need the ultimate in reliability, strength and ride quality on all terrains.
What’s included in the conversion –
- DWIZ track corrected rear housing. 3020KG rated.
- Chromoly axles.
- Dobinson springs with varying lift heights and weight capacities. 50mm lift allowance for vehicles with traction control.
- 100mm lift certified for vehicles without traction control. 07-16 models.
- Dobinson shock absorbers to suit 4-inch lift 79 (rear). Different brand shock absorbers such as KINGS or FOX are acceptable. These must be at least 100mm lifted to function adequately within our designed travel lengths.
- New stainless steel brake lines throughout the rear of the chassis. Including braided stainless steel lines.
- Design fab industries custom length torsional sway bar giving the ultimate sway control.
- Finished is a 2 pac chassis black satin for durability.
- 315/70R17 legal. Negative 12 rim offset.
- Airbag compatible for increased weight requirements.
- GVM increase available. 10 percent over OEM recommendations.
- In-cab digitally controlled airbag inflation systems available.
- Complete with engineering certification to meet ADR compliance.
